. *Seating Assignments*: Seats will be allocated at the airport or at the time of check-in. Airways Travel is not responsible for seating allocation as Airline handling seating allocation. You can buy your preferred seat at the time of booking.
. *Passport Requirements*: Passports must remain valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date of travel.
. *Visa and Immigration*: It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure they have the required visa for the destination and any transit countries. Please confirm visa/passport requirements, quarantine regulations, self-reporting obligations, and all government policies before travel. Airways Travel holds no responsibility for issues related to visas, transit visas, or passports. Ensure your visa/passport details are correct prior to booking.
*Please note*: Changes and cancellations to bookings must be made more than 72 hours prior to flight departure, as charges can vary within 72 hours of departure. Domestic tickets and partially used tickets are non-refundable.
*Airways Travel Disclaimer*: Airways Travel is not liable for any schedule changes or cancellations made by the airline. In the case of a schedule change that warrants a refund, a minimum fee of AUD 75.00 per passenger, plus any airline fees, will be incurred.

We recommend you confirm your flight with us at least *72 hours prior to your departure. Please note that any request made within **48 hours of flight departure* will not be guaranteed.

But, it's crucial to understand that once your booking is made with any carrier, including low-cost options, the responsibilities and policies of the airline come into effect. Airways Travel acts as a facilitator for your travel plans and is not responsible for the operational decisions of any airline.
3. *Flight Cancellations and Schedule Changes*: The dynamic nature of air travel can lead to unforeseen changes, including flight cancellations and schedule alterations. It's important to recognize that these changes are at the discretion of the airline. 4. *Refunds and Support*: In the event that an airline, especially a low-cost carrier such as Air Asia, Vietjet, etc., refuses to offer a refund or support regarding your booking, please understand that Airways Travel cannot be held accountable. Each airline has its policies and procedures for managing bookings, cancellations, and customer support. We recommend that travelers familiarize themselves with the terms and conditions of the chosen airline.

Travel Agency
- *Airways Travel Role*: We act as an agent on behalf of airlines, wholesale companies, and other service providers (Third Party Suppliers) including accommodation and transportation services. Our role is to assist in planning your travel arrangements, facilitate bookings, and manage payments and refunds as necessary.
- *Legal Recourse*: Your legal relationship is with the specific Third Party Supplier providing your travel service. Airways Travel facilitates your booking but is not liable for the performance or non-performance of the services contracted. In cases where a service provider fails to deliver the contracted service, your remedy lies against that provider, not Airways Travel.
*Travel Documents:*
- *Definition*: Travel documents comprise various forms such as airline tickets, hotel vouchers, tour vouchers, and any other form of confirmation with a service provider, available in both electronic and other forms.
- *Conditions and Restrictions*:
- Generally, travel documents are:
- Non-refundable.
- Non-date-changeable.
- Subject to certain cancellation and/or amendment fees.
- All travel documents are non-transferable.
- *Airline Tickets*:
- Must be issued in the passport holder's name.
- Any discrepancy in the name might result in:
- Denial of carriage by some carriers.
- Possible cancellation of the booking.
- *Responsibilities*:
- Any errors in documentation names are the traveler's responsibility if not corrected at the time of booking.
- Travelers are responsible for collecting all travel documents from the issuing authority prior to travel.

*Reconfirmations and Check-in Guidelines:*
- *Check-in Recommendation:* It is advised to check in 3 hours before your flight's departure time to ensure a stress-free process.
- *Flight Reconfirmation:* To avoid any unexpected schedule changes, you should reconfirm your flight with the local airline office at least 72 hours before each journey. Airlines can alter flight schedules without providing prior notice to passengers.
- *Consequences of Not Reconfirming:* Failing to reconfirm your flight could lead to the cancellation of your reservations. In such cases, any costs incurred due to the cancellation will not be the responsibility of the booking party.
- *Multiple Airlines Consideration:* When your journey involves flights from different airlines, online check-in might not be available. It's best to verify check-in procedures directly with the airlines or your travel consultant.

*Cancellation & Refund Fees:*

- *Refund Processing Time:* Expect refunds to take a minimum of 12 weeks to process. It may take longer to process depending on Airline. We will refund you money once we get it from the airline. Airways Travel not responsible for if Airline bankrupt or taking time to process the refund.
- *Administrative and Consolidator Fees:* For processing refunds, there's an administration fee of $175 and a minimum consolidator fee of $25.
*Change & Reissue Fees:*
- *Airline Fare Rules:* Each airline has specific rules about fare changes. Changes to your booking or ticket reissuance are possible only if the airline's fare rules permit.
- *Eligibility for Changes:* Fees will be charged if your booking is eligible for changes or if tickets can be reissued. It's important to check with us whether your fare permits changes as not all fares are flexible.
- *Fees for Changes and Reissuance:* An administration fee of $75, a consolidator fee of $25, and any applicable airline fees will be charged for making changes or reissuing tickets.

There are additional charges for changes and cancellations made outside of regular business hours, including after hours, on weekends, and public holidays.
