MMTravel.BG is a website – Internet portal between traders /airline companies, tourist companies, hotels, etc./ and online users providing the great opportunity to make secure online bookings and purchases.
MM TRAVEL LTD. and its partners reserve the rights on any data published on the website. Reproduction of such data in any form is forbidden without the explicit permit for use.
Prices of air tickets for the flights listed below are final sums for all tickets for the selected number of passengers, airport taxes included. Some airline companies may apply additional fees (service fee, luggage fee, payment fee), which will be displayed once you choose a flight and in some cases, when a flight involves several airline companies, the selected validating company may apply additional fee as such. Service fee will be added to the final price once you choose a flight but before you make the booking.
Operator of Booking system for air tickets, hotel accommodation, transfer services and Sight Seeing Tours services, hereinafter referred to as Booking System on the portal MMTravel.BG is MM Travel Ltd., with head office in Sofia city, 7, Pozitano Str.
The use of the Booking System on MMTravel.BG is subject to the General Terms and Conditions for Website Users. The acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions binds legally the User and MM Travel Ltd pursuant to the Contracts and Obligations Act.
This website is purposed for your personal and non-commercial use. The content and the data herein (including but not limited to prices and availability of passenger services), as well as the means providing the content and the data, are property of MM TRAVEL LTD /MMTravel.BG/ or the relevant suppliers and providers. Furthermore the use of this website is subject to your agreement not to use the website, its content and data therein for any other commercial or non-personal purpose (directly or indirectly). While making limited copies of your destination (or the relevant travel documents) or the services purchased by that website, you agree that you will not amend, distribute, transfer, display, produce, reproduce, publish, license or make derivative products, as well as you will not transmit, sell or re-sell any information, software, products or services obtained through the website MMTravel.BG.
I. DEFINITIONS
The terms below have the following meanings:
1. Booking system – software enabling the user to search:
• air tickers for domestic and international flights
• hotel bookings and rent-a-car in Bulgaria and abroad
• transfers to and from airport
• Site Seeing Tours accessible through the agency of MMTravel.BG
2. User – the person that uses the Booking System. Any reference to Client, Recipient, Customer also means User.
3. Low-cost airline companies - NoFrill, also called "Low Cost Carriers" – the below-listed airline companies:

Important notice: The low-cost airline companies are not subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Transport contained in the IATA Regulations.
II. GENERAL
1. The Booking system of the website MMTravel.BG is provided for use by MM Travel Ltd. with head office in Sofia city, 7, Pozitano Str.
2. The document below determines the rules incorporating the legal bases for using the Booking System.
3. By accepting these General Terms and Conditions for the purpose of using the Booking System, every User agrees to abide by them.
III. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE USER RELATED TO THE USE OF THE BOOKING SYSTEM
1. The user confirms and represents that he/she has full capacity (able-bodied and of full age) and may undertake legally binding obligations and by accepting the terms and conditions below, he/ she assumes full financial responsibility for the use of the Booking System and the costs incurred by booked but unused booking or service offered by the website.
2. The user declares that he/she will use the Booking system for booking and purchase of air tickets, hotel bookings, rent-a-car and other services accessible on MMTravel.BG and described in these General Terms and Conditions in a manner which is consistent with the valid law of the Republic of Bulgaria and by refraining from any illegal actions. Any damages caused by the user or by a person using the services of MM Travel Ltd shall be the responsibility of the person that made the booking or confirmed the service.
3. The user is explicitly forbidden to make bookings by using false identity or someone else’s name and to make payments for booked air tickets or other services by false or someone else’s credit card without the consent of the credit card owner. For any actual or alleged actions forbidden by law, we will notify immediately the competent authorities and the law enforcement institutions.
IV. RESPONSIBILITIES OF MM TRAVEL LTD.
1. MM TRAVELS LTD. notifies that the risk of uncompleted booking as a result of using the Booking system is entirely on the account of the User. If a booking is finished or a service is confirmed MM TRAVEL LTD will issue a registration number to confirm the service and its unhindered use.
2. MM TRAVEL LTD. guarantees that the use of this system will meet the User's expectations as to content, accuracy and relevance of the obtained information.
3. MM TRAVEL LTD. does not guarantee that after receiving the result from your search offers differing from those found previously in the Booking System of the website MMTravel.BG will not appear in the Booking System of MM Travel Ltd. or in any other booking systems for air tickets and tourist services. This is possible because changes in the prices of the sought services may occur at any time between two searches. The last search is considered valid.
4. Upon obtaining the search result, MM TRAVEL LTD. notifies that if you fail to confirm immediately by finishing the booking in a correctly operating booking system, the User is not entitled to claim for the entry of an agency contract for the sale of air tickets or other tourist services. Only a confirmed booking is considered fully completed booking.
V. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
1. MM TRAVEL LTD. guarantees that personal data of users are duly protected and declares hereby that it will not provide access to any users' data to third persons in the meaning of the applicable law in the Republic of Bulgaria except as required by the law enforcement authorities in connection with legal claims and proceedings.
2. For the use of the Booking system available on the website MMTravel.BG, MM Travel Ltd. shall collect personal data of users, as required so that the booking is finished and air ticket is issued, for hotel booking or other tourist service available on the website. For the purchase of an air ticket, data containing the full name and gender of children, juveniles and adults shall be transmitted directly through the Booking System to the airline companies, servicing the route selected by the User, or to the relevant hotel or any other provider of services available on MMTravel.BG. By using the Booking system the User agrees on such transmission and transfer of his/her personal data for the purpose of buying the relevant tourist service or air ticket. Use of personal data shall comply strictly with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act. Personal data provision for clients of MM Travel Ltd. is only allowedas described in art. 1 herein.
3. When buying an air ticket or booking other services available on the portal, the User provides personal data. Such data are fully protected and are used only by MM TRAVEL LTD for the purpose of making marketing analysis and better understanding of the Clients' needs on the portal MMTravel.BG and thus improving the quality of service. The user agrees that MM Travel Ltd. may collect and process his/ her personal data, as well as data of persons who will accompany him/her in the airplane or while using other services available. Without such data, the Booking System will not be able to create booking for any services available on MMTravel.BG.
4. MM TRAVEL LTD. will promptly inform its clients and users of the booking system about any new products, services, discounts and price lists available on the website.
5. MM Travel Ltd. reserves the right to inform Users about any advertising campaigns and discounts available on the website. Such information will be considered user-requested commercial information as per the meaning of the relevant regulations.
6. The user may refuse at any time the option to receive advertising information by sending a return e-mail in the form of declaration of refusal.
7. By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the User confirms and declares the accuracy of his/her personal data and according to the Personal Data Protection Act; he/she agrees that such data may be stored and processed in the database of the Booking System of MM Travel Ltd. The User is entitled to review and make corrections on his/ her personal data.
VI. AIR TICKETS: 1. CANCELLATION, RETURN OR RESCHEDULING / 2. ISSUING:
1. Air tickets may not be cancelled or returned. No cash refund for
cancelled or returned tickets.
1.2. If the tariff conditions applicable to the relevant air ticket
provide for cash refund or in case of cancelled or suspended flights
through the fault of the airline company, MM TRAVEL will recover any
amounts paid for the air tickets in compliance with the airline company’s
terms and conditions within two months.
The relevant amounts shall be recovered as they have been paid i.e. by
bank transfer, in cash or to the credit card by which the payment has been
effected.
1.3. In case of rescheduling of an air ticket, you are required to pay a
service fee 25.00 EUR for ticket reissuing and tax according to the class
and the terms and conditions of the airline company servicing that route;
1.4. MM TRAVEL LTD will withhold 50.00 EUR and will refund the remaining amount paid by a client to his/her credit card in case that any purchase is refused within the same business day from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. local time but not less than 3 hours before departure, otherwise it will retain the whole amount with no right for cash refund for that ticket;
2. MM TRAVEL LTD shall issue air tickets only upon receipt of payment for
such tickets to the amount not less than the fixed booking fee and within
the due term for issuing a booked ticket.
2.1. If booking is paid ONLINE by credit card, the client will get the air
ticket within 24 hours by email. If your flight is scheduled within 24
hours after booking, MM TRAVEL LTD will issue the air ticket only if you
confirm it by calling the MM Travel agents.
2.2. MM TRAVEL LTD will accept payments as follows: in cash at the
counters of the agency, in cash at the counters of DSK Bank, by bank
transfer, online by credit card Mastercard, Visa, by any kinds of credit
cards at POS terminal.
2.3. Any bank charges for bank transfers made to MM TRAVEL LTD shall be on
the client's account.

VIII. CLAIMS
Any claims regarding bookings and purchased tickets may be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchasing the relevant air ticket. Claims shall be made in writing and sent to the office of MM TRAVEL LTD, Sofia city, 1000, 7, Pozitano Str. only by persons that made the booking or used the services of MM TRAVEL LTD. and in case that such persons are represented by a third person, this shall be attested by notarized Power of Attorney.
MM TRAVEL LTD will inform the Client or its authorized representative about the term for claim review within three days upon receipt of such claim.
IX. FINAL PROVISIONS
1. MM TRAVEL LTD. reserves the right to make unilateral amendments in the content of the General Terms and Conditions. Each User shall acquaint with the content of the General Terms and Conditions before making booking on the website and each time he/she shall confirm that he/she is aware of and accepts the terms and conditions herein concerning booking, purchase of tickets or other services. This is required due to the fact that amendments may occur in the General Terms and Conditions for use, as well as changes in the prices and services offered on the website.
2. Any disputes and legal issues unsettled herein and occurring with regard to the responsibility of MM Travel Ltd. will be governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria.
3. MM Travel Ltd is not liable for any damages arising from cancelled flights due to strikes of the airline employees or airport employees, as well as for any damages cause by strikes or force major circumstances and natural disasters preventing the performance of hotel bookings or other tourist services offered on the website.
