All bookings and reservations made on www.sambluetandt.com are subject to the rules and terms of carriage of the third-party operating airlines. Samblue Travel and Tours Ltd acts solely as an agent for these airlines and assumes no responsibility for any additional costs (direct or indirect) incurred by passengers due to delays, cancellations, changes, inaccurate or insufficient information, whether during the booking process or after ticket issuance.
Flight Fares and Availability
All flight fares quoted on www.sambluetandt.com are subject to availability and can change at any time by the third-party airline operators.
South America Destinations
Brazil, Colombia, Panama, ETC
Flight bookings made on www.sambluetandt.com to South America Destinations are non refundable and subject to airline cancellations and refund policies at the time of booking.
Passenger Responsibility
Passengers are responsible for:
Providing accurate travel details, ensuring visa compliance, and confirming the adequacy of visa requirements.
Ensuring the travel itinerary and names provided for bookings match those on the passport.
Ticket Issuance
Ticket issuance is subject to payment confirmation by Samblue Travel and Tours Ltd.
Non-Transferable Tickets
All tickets are non-transferable at any time. Some tickets may be non-refundable or non-changeable.
Passport Validity
Please ensure that your international passport has at least six months validity prior to its expiration date.
Samblue Travel and Tours Ltd shall not be held liable for any issues arising from insufficient passport validity.
Refund, Cancellation, and Change Requests
Refund, cancellation, and change requests (where applicable) are subject to the third-party airline’s policies, in addition to a $30 service charge. Refund settlements will be processed once funds are remitted by the operating airline.
Arrival at Airport
Passengers are advised to arrive at the airport at least 3-5 hours prior to their flight’s departure time.
Requirements for First-Time Travelers
First-time travelers are advised to have:
A return flight ticket.
Paid/Confirmed hotel/accommodation.
A minimum of $1,000 for Personal Travel Allowance (PTA) or Business Travel Allowance (BTA).
Child Travel Documents
An original child’s Birth Certificate and a Consent Letter from the parent(s) must be presented before the check-in counter at the airport.
Medical Report/Documentation for Pregnant Passengers
Some airlines may require additional medical reports or documents for pregnant passengers.
Passenger Acknowledgment
By making a booking, the passenger confirms they have read and understood this booking information notice and agree to waive all rights, by law, and absolve Samblue Travel and Tours Ltd of all liabilities that may arise.

Passengers traveling to the United States are strictly required to adhere to the APIS (Advance Passenger Information System) regulation. This includes submitting a scanned copy of their data page to their travel agent before ticket confirmation.
